If a fellow chathost doesn't have an answer, we can't guarantee an answer ourselves, but time permitting, we answer every question that we can, provided that (1) the question wasn't previously asked and answered on earlier forums, (2) isn't already answered in the FAQ, (3) is asked in a polite/courteous manner (if you have a beef, air it on the Gripe Board), and (4) answering the question won't disclose sensitive competitive information.
    • Gripe Board: Need to vent? Ticked off by a chathost, customer, iFriends, or the alignment of the planets? Gripe away! (IF doesn't participate here -- that would be like sticking your neck out, only to get your head chopped off!) However, we do take your criticisms to heart, and make improvements to the service where possible. "Flames" are welcome here, but false/disparaging/slanderous/libelous posts are not. (a fire in your belly is cool; cruelty and hatred is uncool!).
