"Free Offer" Promotion Summary:
FanClub subscriptions are free for "videochat regulars." For others, subscriptions are available on a monthly recurring basis, at a regular price established by the Video Host and which may vary from Video Host to Video Host. However, under the Free Offer promotion, FanClub subscriptions are initially granted at no additional cost whatsoever. Moreover, when you spend time with the live Video Host in premium videochat, the subscription fee continues to be waived and access to the Video Host's FanClub is provided at no additional cost on an ongoing perpetual basis. Cancellation:
You may cancel your FanClub subscription at any time, and avoid any continuing FanClub obligation. This is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with the FanClub, including, but not limited to, (1) any term, policy, or practice of the Services or FanClubs in operating the Services or the FanClubs platform; (2) Content available through the Services or changes to same therein; or (3) any amount or type of fees, surcharges, billing methods, or change therein. It's easy to cancel. Simply deliver notice notice to our Customer Care Department by any reasonable method, including the following:
Your account will be marked "cancelled -- no charges after cancel date." This status takes effect immediately upon our receipt of your adequate notice as described above. We or the Star may also cancel your subscription at any time. For your convenience, your login and password will remain accessible until the end of the then-current monthly cycle, unless you specify otherwise.
