FanClubs Terms of Service

FanClub subscriptions are available to Subscribers of our Services and are subject to the Terms of Service. By joining a FanClub, you affirmatively consent to the following additional terms, as applicable:
Free Offer Terms: Your FanClub subscription fee will be waived, making your subscription free, for each billing cycle in which you incur charges in live video chat with the Video Host in an amount equal to or greater than that Video Host's FanClub regular subscription fee. If, in a given billing cycle, you do not incur charges in live video chat with the Video Host in an amount equal to or greater than that Video Host's FanClub regular subscription fee, you will be charged their regular FanClub subscription fee at the end of that billing cycle. HD Pass Terms: FanClub subscriptions may be upgraded to include a subscription to HD Pass. HD Pass subscriptions are sometimes awarded to Subscribers as a customer loyalty bonus. If you receive such a bonus subscription, the cost will be offset by a corresponding discount on your FanClub or VIP subscription equal to the regular subscription cost of HD Pass. Cancellation: You may cancel any or all of your FanClub subscriptions or your HD Pass subscription online at any time by using either our Online Cancellation Form or our Online Help Assistant. You may also cancel any or all of your FanClub subscriptions or your HD Pass subscription by calling our 24-7 customer care center at 1-800-437-4363.
