INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: As part of our verification process, we will contact your financial institution to verify your address information. This process may hinder the reactivation of your account; therefore, we offer our customers another option. You can completely bypass this step by faxing us a copy of a recent credit-card statement. The credit-card statement must show your name, address and credit-card number. You may black out any other information that you would prefer we not see.
PAYMENT: By execution of this Agreement, I understand that I will be responsible for all past, present
and future activity conducted on the iFriends service, to the extent consistent with Federal and local
consumer protection laws. My responsibility continues until I cancel my account via notice by email to cancel@iFriends.net, via http://www.iFriends.net/legal/cancel.htm, or via iFriends' toll-free 24/7
customer service department at 1-800-243-9726 (001-561-656-0500 for overseas callers).
Furthermore, I acknowledge that I am an active user who may make frequent and heavy use of the
service, and am fully liable and responsible for all resulting fees. (Although iFriends does not provide
cash refunds, I understand it does grant credits in the form of free time in the event I experience
technical difficulties that I make a sincere attempt to overcome. This is a NO-REFUNDS policy.
All sales are final.)
COLLECTION: If for any reason iFriends is unable to collect payment under this Agreement from my
credit-card, I understand that I will be directly billed for my activity (including possible rebilling of my
credit card or other creditcard numbers provided to iFriends), and that my account may be turned over
to a collection agency for final collection. Such final collection may occur as the result of litigation in a
court of law. I understand that my credit report, as maintained with agencies such as TRW, may be
adversely impacted by any such disputes culminating in
- Late payment
- Reduced payment
- No payment.
In the event that iFriends should pursue collection efforts, I hereby waive any and all rights under the
iFriends Privacy Policy, such that iFriends may provide information to a collection agency.
FRAUD: In the event that I am fraudulently using a credit-card for which I do not have authorization,
I waive all rights under the iFriends Privacy Policy such that iFriends may freely provide to Law
Enforcement Agencies all router logs, IP-address information, chat logs, telephone records, email
records and all other available information concerning my activity for immediate investigation and
prosecution. However, I personally will remain responsible for any charges related to my iFriends
activity, and may be sued for such charges. If I divulge my login and password to other parties, I will
personally be responsible for all charges that result.
CONTROLLING INSTRUMENT: This agreement incorporates, in whole and in part, iFriends
"Terms of Service" (TOS) and "Rules of the Road" (ROR), as found on the iFriends Member-Services
page at http://www.ifriends.net/legal/memserv.htm This document is the controlling instrument over
the TOS/ROR.
