Blackout Areas
If you are a iFriends customer who, even after proving your adult age to iFriends with your credit-card information (as prescribed under the U.S. Communications Decency Act), are nevertheless surprised (or angered) to discover that some of the adults-only content available behind the iFriends "credit-card wall" is censored or otherwise unavailable to you, then you reside in a "Blackout Area".

A "Blackout Area" is a region of the United States -- such as certain zip codes in Cincinnati, Ohio -- with a track record of repeated censorship efforts to limit the liberties of mature and responsible adults, by removing their right to read and view erotic materials which portray documented adults engaged in intimate behavior, materials which are protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. In other words, blackout areas are areas where the authorities want to censor what responsible adults like you can see and read in the privacy of your own home. (In these same areas, citizens are also unable to access Playboy's assorted pay-TV channels on satellite television).

Special Note Concerning Your "Private Collection" Archives
Even if you reside in a blackout area, your private collection of "snapshot" materials derived from a peer-to-peer private session with a live webcam chathost, enjoyed in the privacy of your own mutual homes, is a private matter between consenting adults -- just between you and the independent chathost.
